Single variety Treixadura.
A young, dry white wine made with only Treixadura from the vines in the Valley of Avia: San Cristóbal and San Fiz, on mainly sandy and clay soils.
Ailalá shows us the Treixadura in a pure and immaculate way.
Tasting notes: yellow colour leaning towards slightly golden with wonderful flecks. The aromatic compounds of the wine a really clean and have great reach to lemon yoghurt, necatarine flowers, white flowers and seashells. Hints of mint / fennel / cloves. Mature melon and sweet lemon. Full-bodied. Very dense, it needs time. In the mouth it is very surprising. On the palate we can taste nectarine, white peach. A hint of mandarine, slight notes of orange. A little bit of lemon and grapefruit skin. Very persistent. Incredible value compared to other white wines of this type.
